As part of a two-year renovation of the historic Oakland Rotunda, AVS was selected to lead a full security modernization.

In collaboration with Rubicon Point Partners’ luxury remodel, AVS upgraded access control, modernized video monitoring systems, and extended perimeter protection through SafeCity Connect.
